Amsterdam City Break

Amsterdam is a wonderful city of contrasts that boasts an array of attractions. The Dutch capital's sunken canals, pavement cafes and wide-open squares make this one of Europe's most picturesque capitals and creates a charming atmosphere. With your time at leisure there are plenty of varied attractions, including the Heineken Brewery, Anne Frank Museum and a selection of scenic parks. These nestle comfortably alongside a lively nightlife. All these charms make it an ever-popular destination for tourists. On Day Three you can take our optional excursion and discover traditional Holland through the cheese, clogs and windmills of the idyllic harbours of Volendam and Zaanse Schans.

Day 1 - Holland. Journey to your hotel in Holland.
Day 2 - Amsterdam. Included coach transfer into the centre of Amsterdam, where you have the day at leisure. Return transfer to your hotel. Optional Amsterdam canal cruise.
Day 3 - Amsterdam. Included coach transfer into the centre of Amsterdam, where you have a further day at leisure or take the optional excursion to Volendam and Zaanse Schans. Return transfer to your hotel.
Day 4 - Holland. Journey home after breakfast

You will stay for three nights at a comfortable hotel in the Amsterdam area, such as or similar to the Ibis Amsterdam Airport. A regular shuttle bus runs between the hotel and Schiphol Airport where you will fi nd easy independent access to the centre of Amsterdam. This three-star hotel has en-suite facilities, and its own bar and restaurant.
